"Chad Gould ran Football sessions for our Year 7, 8 and 9 girls' Football Squads at South Hampstead High School. The girls were exposed to a variety of challenging, fun skills and drills before playing a match. The girls took full advantage of absorbing the knowledge and expertise of Chad's football experience. It was fantastic to see Chad encouraging girls participation in Football, competitively and for enjoyment. Thanks Chad!!"

"I have just had the recent experience of referring young people from my organisation to work with Chad Gould CGSS. Without a doubt it was one of the best decisions I made, the engagement for this young person from the 'get go' was remarkable particularly in the light of this young persons needs. Chad has the ability to capture attention and build relationship with his warm professional approach he enables children and young people to feel safe and therefore they are able to focus and learn. My organisation The KORU Project works with young people who have been adopted and fostered and those who have perhaps suffered from disturbed and broken attachments, neglect loss and severe emotional physical abuse and much more. Often these young people take much time to trust adults and to feel safe, they can have behaviours then when anxious are very reactive, anxious and unpredictable and engagement in activities can be a challenge until they feel secure. What they seek is playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy, they seek warmth trust and a relationship with someone who inspires motivates and enables them to have fun whilst working in a professional environment. I whole heartedly recommend CGSS to schools, adoption support services, social care and for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties who need a positive male role model, to enable young people to have positive activities which build resilience and enable them to focus the mind and reengage with education and learning."
